Rikki Mckinley awarded awarded Incorporated Engineer status

Huge congratulations go out this morning to our Project Manager, Ricky Mckinley, who’s officially been awarded IEng (Incorporated Engineer) status by the IET’s Engineering Council!

From joining Amaro in 2023 to being promoted to PM less than a year later, his commitment to his own CPD – not to mention that of his team – has seen him tick off some seriously impressive professional milestones in the last 18 months alone…

– Associate Member of the IET
– Full Member of the IET
– Member of the IRSE
– IRSE Engineering Manager (Projects) Licence
– A Promotion from APM to PM
– Incorporated Engineer

Despite now having more letters after his name than anyone on our team, for Ricky it’s not all about the accolades. They’re a way of boosting his already impressive knowledge, demonstrating his competence, and providing even greater support to his colleagues and our clients.

Congratulations, Ricky. We can’t wait to see what you do next!
